How to Buy from GreenPark
We have made the process of acquiring a home from us very easy, transparent and straight-forward.
We offer two (2) modes of payments

Self-financing Payment Plans
We offer a wide range of self-financing payments options to choose from
- Schedule a meeting with our Sales and Marketing Team to discuss details of your preferred property via phone or by visiting the GreenPark Office.
- We will share an offer letter for the preferred property within two (2) working days.
- Complete, sign and submit the offer letter.
- Pay a non-refundable reservation fee of USD 5,000. Please note, this fee is deducted from the total price of the property.
- Pay an initial deposit of 20% or more of the total amount
- Sign sales and purchase agreement then submit.
- Get your keys even if you are still paying for the property

MORTGAGE PROCESS
- Schedule a meeting with our Sales and Marketing Team to discuss details of your preferred property via phone or by visiting the GreenPark Office.
- Share with us your annual salary details to determine how much mortgage you qualify for and if it meets the cost of the preferred property.
- If all checks out, we will share an offer letter within two (2) working days.
- Complete, sign and submit the offer letter.
- Pay a non-refundable reservation fee of USD 5,000. Please note, this fee is deducted from the total price of the property.
- Pay an initial 20% or 30% deposit of the total amount.
- Access a purchase mortgage from our partners to buy the property.
- Get your keys and move into your property
